Tooth Bites

What is in Tooth Bites?

How do I use Tooth Bites?

Using Tooth-Bites is easy. Just take one out of the container, pop it in your mouth and chew. It will break down in your mouth and you can start brushing. We recommend wetting your toothbrush first before brushing.

How do I store Tooth Bites?

Tooth Bites may crumble, change colour and lose potency when exposed to humidity.The paper box does not protect Tooth Bites from humidity. We highly suggest moving your toothbites to an airtight container to maximize freshness.

When does Tooth Bites expire?

It does not contain any water thus, it usually last for over 6 months. Even after 6 months, there is nothing harmful change but the effect of the product could be reduced. However, we are currently conducting stability test in a private lab to make sure the best performance of the products.

Is Tooth Bites good for whitening?
Although the primary goal for Tooth Bites is not teeth whitening. We use an ingredient that does help with teeth whitening. Baking Soda has stain-reducing and whitening properties that will help brighten your smile and keep your teeth clean and in good shape.
Does Tooth Bites help for sensitive teeth?

Although Tooth-Bites are not made specifically for teeth sensitivity, many of our ingredients will help with strengthening your gums and enamel. Many toothpastes for sensitive teeth works by blocking the tubules in the dentin with Potassium nitrate, Strontium chloride, etc.

Subscription Plans

What are the benefits of subscription?

You will receive 3-packs of Tooth Bites with a personalized bamboo toothbrush at once and which reduce your carbon footprint. You save 20% ~30% of retail price with free shipping. More importantly, we want to maintain a long-term relationship with you and help you go greener. We will also send our newest products to you for free!

Can I hold/ cancel my subscription plans?

Yes, you can hold or cancel your plans anytime you want. We will assist you in processing holds or cancellations and refund. Please contact us at info@oxygenate.ca to get help.

When do I get my subscription order?

You will get your product a week after it is ordered. A new order will be shipped to you on the same day as your initial order. For example, you place an order for a 3-month subscription on November 14. You will receive the first months order on November 21. The second months order will arrive to you on December 21 and the final order will arrive on January 21.

Can I purchase multiple subscriptions for my family?

Yes, you can! Please write a note at the shopping cart page that you are ordering for your family and their names, so we can deliver personalized bamboo toothbrushes together!

Shipping

Can I change my shipping address?

If we haven't gotten notice of shipment from us, that means we haven't sent out your order. If this is the case, email us at info@oxygenate.ca to change your shipping order.

When will my order ship?

We produce Tooth Bite every Sunday. If you place an order before Saturday, you will receive your order by the friday (only for domestic orders).

Do you ship to my country?

We are currently only shipping to Canada. Our company is not capable of taking the high shipping cost to overseas.

How much does shipping cost for subscription plans?

All of our subscription plans are free-shipping. Also, we offer free-shipping for orders over 40 CAD too.

What courier do you use?

We use Canada Post because Canada Post takes the sustainability seriously compared to other couriers in Canada. Canada Post's fleet has integrated a mix of alternative propulsion technologies such as propane, compressed natural gas, and hybrid electric vehicles (HEV). Orders

Where is my orders?

We produce Tooth Bite every Sunday. If you place an order before Saturday, you will receive your order by the friday (only for domestic orders).

How do I modify or cancel my order?

Please email at info@oxygenate.ca to change and cancel your order. However, the the modification and cancelation of orders are only acceptable when the order hasn't been made.

What is your refund policy?
To request a refund, please contact us at info@oxygenate.ca within 30 days of your purchase with the reason for your refund. However, We do not accept refund for personalized items since it is not suitable to distribute to others. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs.
How do I use discount code?
Please ensure the expiry date of discount code. You will be able to see the discount code box on your right side at the cart - contact information page.

Do you wholesale?

Yes, we do wholesale. However, it is limited to domestic retailers for now. Please contact us at info@oxygenate.ca with the subject line "Business Inquiry"
